2. Service Fee
The fee for filing a FBAR through FBAR.us is $327 per submission (the “Service Fee”). This fee covers preparation and electronic filing but does not include legal or advisory services.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Fees and Billing: By signing up for services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are non-refundable once the filing process has begun, and all charges are billed in advance.
3.2 Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid payment method, billing address, and contact information, and to promptly update your account with any changes.
3.3 Payment Method: Fees are charged to the credit card or bank account provided during sign-up. If your payment method is declined, we may suspend or terminate access until the amount is paid by an alternative method. Reinstatement fees may apply for suspended accounts.
3.4 Non-Refundable Payments: All payments, including for the FBAR filing, are final and non-refundable once initiated, regardless of the outcome.
3.5 Disputed Charges: Any disputed charges within 100 days may result in voided filings. You are responsible for any compliance issues resulting from such actions.
3.6 Collection of Overdue Balances: If legal action is required to collect overdue balances, you agree to reimburse us for costs incurred, including attorney fees, court costs, and other expenses.
4. Filing Process
FBAR.us acts solely as a facilitator in submitting your FBAR to FinCEN. By using our service, you acknowledge that:
